B. nicht ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df entladene Batterien)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Feuer (durch thermisches Durchgehen)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Staubexplosion<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Gasexplosion<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Gef\u00e4hrliche St\u00e4ube<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Schwarze Masse, die als CMR (krebserregende, erbgutver\u00e4ndernde und fortpflanzungsgef\u00e4hrdende Stoffe) eingestuft ist<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nDie Ausstattung des Bedienpersonals mit moderner Schutzausr\u00fcstung (z. B. wirksamen Atemschutzmasken, dichten Schutzanz\u00fcgen und geeigneten Handschuhen), geeigneten Werkzeugen und sicheren Arbeitsbedingungen sowie gut und kontinuierlich unterwiesenem Personal ist ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung. In Kombination mit hohen EHS-Standards, angemessenen Notfallprotokollen und h\u00e4ufigen Schulungen und Auffrischungen werden die Risiken am Arbeitsplatz bei der Handhabung von LIBs erheblich minimiert.\r\n\r\n<strong>Vorbeugung von Brand- und Explosionsrisiken:<\/strong>\r\nBeim Recycling von LIBs entstehen Gase und St\u00e4ube oder eine Kombination aus beidem (Hybridgemisch). Bei unsachgem\u00e4\u00dfer Handhabung kann dies zu einem Brand- und Explosionsrisiko werden.\r\nEin thermisches Durchgehen hat eine \u00e4hnliche Wirkung wie eine Explosion. Daher sind wirksame Sicherheitsma\u00dfnahmen wie Inertisierung, Feuerl\u00f6schsysteme und Explosionsschutz unerl\u00e4sslich.\r\n\r\n<strong>\r\nSchulung der Bediener:<\/strong>\r\nEin sicherer und effizienter Anlagenbetrieb beginnt mit gut geschultem Personal.
