The Battery Master Mill BMM is specially designed and constructed for the efficient and economical delamination of dry, shredded Li-Ion battery input materials and dry production waste.
The input material enters the Battery Master Mill from the top. During the delamination process, powerful impact, shear forces and friction act on the material. The optimal liberation of black mass from the anode and cathode and ball shaping of the aluminium and copper foils allows a maximum recovery rate in the following downstream separation process.
